Lowell Elementary Crane Lift

25,000 lb chiller set on the roof at Lowell Elementary. Also dropped an 8" 60-foot-long chilled water S&R risers from the roof to the basement level. Our excitement was even higher when using the lift Liebherr's prototype. 360 Ton crane with 295 feet of boom which is the longest in the U.S, we had out 210 ft. at our max.

Philadelphia Museum of Art Main Chiller Replacement ​

​Demolition/removal of the existing outdated main chiller and installation of a new 1200 ton centrifugal chiller located in the sub-basement of the historical art museum. Project included rigging, piping, draining, filling, scheduling, project management and staging.

Philadelphia Museum of Art ATC Major Control Valve Upgrade

Replacement of ATC Control Valves & amp; associated piping throughout the historic building from 4” down to ½”. Project included demolition, installation of new valves, piping, draining, filling, insulation, project management, scheduling and staging.

Laura Carnell Elementary School SDP ESCO Phase 2

Complete HVAC and General Construction Upgrades for energy savings purposes. Work included new air cooled chiller, 3 new high efficient condensing boilers, AHU’s, Unit Ventilators, piping, ductwork and energy coordination. This was a total turn key project for the owner.​

Samuel Gompers Elementary School SDP ESCO Phase 1

Complete HVAC and General Construction Upgrades for energy savings purposes. Work included the addition of an indoor centrifugal chiller, cooling tower, new boiler plant, AHU’s, Unit Ventilators, all associated piping, ductwork and energy coordination. This was a total turnkey project for the owner.

Natural Gas Underground Installation for Commercial Application ​

Goshen Mechanical Contractors, Inc are certified underground natural gas installation contractors. All field employees are fully trained in pipe welding and plastic fusion processes. Services include excavation, piping installation, testing and coordination with the local gas provider.

Pocopson Home Energy Savings Kitchen Project and Facility Wide Electrical Panel/Switchgear Upgrades

​Installation of a new modular kitchen including all engineering, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, general construction and structural work. In addition, the replacement of all of the electrical panels and switchgear in the entire facility. All completed work for energy savings purposes.
