jim gaffney

Owner and CEO
Jim started Goshen Mechanical Contractors 30 years
​ago with his parents in the basement of their home. Jim is very involved with the industry and has served as president of the Mechanical Contractors Association (MCA) of Eastern Pennsylvania. Jim has also served on the Board of Community Action Agency of Delaware County. Jim previously held the position of Board Chair for Delaware County Community College and is currently a member of the advisory board at Inglis House in Philadelphia. Jim was also a school board member and a township councilman for many years in Delaware County.

Karen mccarthy

Office Manager
Karen has been working as the office manager for Goshen Mechanical for many years. Karen is highly involved with charity and event-planning, and often helps plan fundraisers which benefit causes close to her family's heart. Karen has been involved with the planning of charity golf outings, as well as fundraisers for local schools. When Karen is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and relaxing on the beach in Sea Isle City, N.J.

chris gaffney

Owner and CFO
Chris received his Bachelor's degree in Business from St. Joseph's University, and joined Goshen Mechanical a few years after graduation. He completed an apprenticeship program at Steamfitter's Local Union 420 and began his time at Goshen working in the field as a foreman. Chris is currently involved primarily with inside sales and all aspects of the business. Chris is a member of the Marketing Committee of the Mechanical Contractor's Association of Eastern Pennsylvania and is an alternate board member as well.

Shawn is the outside project manager for Goshen Mechanical.
